しかも本作は「前編」の位置付けで、5月には後編である「HAPPY SAD」が連続してリリース予定。
M3「Henrique」では盟友・大森靖子がボーカルで参加!!


広島在住の4人組「ガール椿」。4年ぶりの新譜。当初は1枚のフルアルバムの予定が、長尺過ぎるため前篇と後編に分割された、その前篇。冒頭はカノン進行で歌詞、ギターフレーズも追いかけっこする「4のカノン」。2曲目は「別れの曲を誰も知らない」・・・神のみぞ知る、別れの曲。ショパンとブライアン・ウィルソンに心酔する二人、前進のための離別。3曲目の「Henrique」ではゲストボーカルとしてメジャーデビュー前の大森靖子が参加。第五氷河期の後、2回目の進化においても、また同じようなことを考えるのだろうか「Ice Age 5」。
